JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contact point for web customers and outlets accross the Group on all queries.
  • To answer customer queries by email, phone and any other communication channels.
  • Responsible to resolve any problems raised by web customers and outlets.
  • Overseeing all orders/purchases placed on website.
  • Liaising with couriers agencies to arrange all deliveries.
  • Managing returns and arranging exchanges.
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year experienced in customer service/call centre environment.
  • Good witten and spoken in English and Malay.
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Able to work on weekends.
