About the company:

As a an outsource customer service, we should be able to provide great customer services that can act as catalyst for your business by building trust among staff and customers. Help in customer retention and aquiring new customers. We are not dependent on phone only, the customers should be able to reach the staff at their desired time. We has experienced staff to respond to queries in timely and friendly manner. We will ensure that the customers is given best possible treatment. 

What You Need To Do:

  • Handle customer equiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online. 
  • Provide support and comprehensive servcies information to customers. 
  • Assist customers in making decisions. 
  • Build a good relationships with customers. 
  • Identify an opportunities to enhace customers experience a d turn dissatisfied into happy customers. 
  • Look for an opportunities to increase value. 

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Basiness Management and equivalent. 
  • Ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively, with strong negotiations skills. 
  • A 'customers first' attitude and approach to working. 
  • have an excellent organisational and administration skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong business acumen.
