Job Descriptions 

  • Manage to communicate with customer 
  • Make good relationship with potential clients 
  • Handling customer service for the company clients 
  • To support and assist both internal departments and external customers as required ensuring their needs are met.
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, feedbacks and resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and take accurate customer orders.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma  level
  • Good in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 35 years old or above 
  • Open for Malaysian only
