1. Prepare tender submissions, handle progress payments, VO and finalization of accounts
2. Liaising with all Consultants and Sub-contractors involved in the projects
3. Manage all project cost control for initial calculations to final figures
4. Perform cost control, risk and value management
5. Produce measurement fast, accurately and complete within the targeted time schedule
6, Able to work on multiple projects within simultaneous timeline.
7.Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers
8.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
9.Require to go down to project site and report to Director.
