Job Description 

  • To engage customer’s needs and problems.
  • To do after sales services for company’s clientele 
  • Evaluate findings and report to manager 
  • Must act professional and responsible towards client in explaining on company’s behalf.
  • Must be dedicated and strong willed in dealing with problems.
  • Candidate must possess a high driven attitude mirroring the company’s ambitions



  • Diploma or higher education, fresh graduates and retirees are encouraged to apply
  • SPM must have 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, other languages is an added advantage.
