Position: Customer Service

Workdays: Mon-Fri

Work Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000

- Travel allowance (petrol, tolls, etc.)
- Monthly incentives (based on performance)

Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and consultation to clients
- Handle clients' inquiries and complaints
- Provide daily analysis data for clients
- Complete any tasks given before deadline
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- A minimum of Diploma in any field
- Must be aged 22-55 years old
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of experience in working as a Customer Service Rep or the likes
- Good in communicating
- Good and motivated attitude
- Able to start work immediately
