- Expected to assist Manager in handling various tasks related business management.
- Be able to organise other responsibilities assigned to the employees that are working for them.
- Must be able to handle and solve a problems such as customers complaint.
- Encourage or motivate the employees.
- Help in managing customer response processes and standards to ensure that feedback on issues is well addressed through resolution.
- Act as supporting to the company to provide quality customer service and communicating with the Manager to achieve common goals.
- Have 3 years of working experience in business management or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, public relations, communications or any related field.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken.
- Have an ability to adapt and respond in customer different type of character.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Expected someone who is goal oriented, patient, matured, and friendly.
- Handling new and previous employees in giving them motivation.
- Someone’s with a good leadership and analytical and critical thinking.
- Must be creative and can think of wide range of ideas.
