Customer Service Executive

Role :

  • Attend to calls or e-mail from customers for booking of shipment pick-up and any booking related inquiries
  • Enter customers’ shipment booking into the system and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
  • Create consignment notes for customers if necessary
  • Work with Operations to provide status updates to customers on their shipment inquiries or complaints
  • Work proactively to keep customers updated through phone or e-mail when necessary
  • Follow-up with agents for shipment status updates on a daily basis
  • Follow-up on all local outstanding undelivered consignments (Undel) and arrange for redelivery with the consignee
  • Prepare KPI report for submission to customers as and when required
  • Work with other functions to improve customer experience
  • All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time


  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role in any industry or in a Contact Centre
  • Familiar with handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone or e-mail
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Use of PC equipment and software, especially MS Excel and Word
  • Professional communication capability
  • Strong follow up and coordinating skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Able to read, write and speak Mandarin, English and Malay

Salary : RM 2,500 - RM 2,800

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm); Alternate Sat (8.30am - 1.30pm)
