Description:

The Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce and Customer Service Executive to manage the operations of all e-Commerce platforms including customer service experience. You must have enhanced experience in working with management team to deliver the online department targets and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online platforms including content, inventory, pricing, fulfillment and enquiries.
  • Experience in dealing and engaging with all vendors/ customers.
  • Ability to handle all ticketing for outbound support.
  • Generate and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Strong Customer Service Relationship experience is a MUST.
  • Ability to handle all customers enquiries pertaining to online platform businesses.
  • Ability to think creatively and logically, when handling customers' enquiries.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • To respond to incoming emails within a specified timeframe according to company guidelines.
  • To ensure excellent reliability with minimal unplanned absences as per company guidelines.
  • Having a good sense of fashion knowledge will be a great advantage (Dorothy Perkins, Topshop).
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks provided from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in managing E-Commerce/ Emails/ Chat and good experience in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Speak and write English & Malay excellently.
  • Full-Time position.
  • 5-day week on a rotational basis – supporting Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Working hours from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Basic Salary: RM2500 (during 3-months probation)
  • RM3000 (upon confirmation)
  • Performance Related Allowance (PRA) - every 6-months, upon confirmation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
