â— Responsible for overall daily F&B operational business functions which covers Service and Kitchen activities.
â— Oversee operational function in the Central Kitchen.

â— Ensure healthy inventory for service floor, kitchen and bar.
â— Monitor and ensure all F&B outlets complying with health & safety regulations.
â— Review and ensure monthly sales target are met and continuously seeking for rooms for service/sales/operational improvement.
â— Ensure SOP is observed and carried out consistently for all branches.
â— Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
â— Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
â— At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
â— Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
â— Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
â— Independent & resourceful.
â— Team player, sales and operational driven.
â— Possess own transport & willing to travel.
