Position : Customer Service Executive
Work location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Industry : Paper Merchant Company (Printing, Packaging, Publishing and stationery)
Salary range : RM 2,000-00 – 2,500-00
Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.00a.m.- 5.00 p.m.), Saturday (8.00 a.m. -12.00 p.m.)
• To attend customers enquiries and handle customers’ complaints to ensure complaints are promptly addressed within the departmental service standards.
• To coordinate with Company sales personnel and Customer.
• Process Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note and ensure that the delivery to customer is on time.
• To support the company in ad-hoc tasks.
• Min SPM or diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate well with different levels of people.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Must be computer literate.
