Assistant Manager

- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.

- Supervise employees and provide additional training and coaching as needed.

- Assist Manager to handle daily tasks.

 Assist manager to conduct training

-Recruit and train new staffs

-Maintain good relationship with prospects and clients

-Report directly to manager

-Working with company's system

- Guide new staffs with their job scope

-Liase new candidate/ staffs to familiar with building & surrounding

Requirements :

- Malaysian only

- SPM / Diploma / Degree

- Proficient in Malay / English
