Requirement:

·      SPM or above

·      2 years of related working experience in call center

·      Excellent spoken and written English, Bahasa & Mandarin will be an added value

·      Preferably Senior Executive specializing in customer service 

·     Excellent typing skills

·     Basic user level knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 7)

·     Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift (Monday – Sunday)

·     6 working day per week

Responsibilities:

·      To undertake daily management activities of a team of agents for customer support

·      Supervise, train, coach and motivate the team to achieve KPI

·      To contribute overall quality in coaching, transaction monitoring, process improvement and others

·      Ability to lead and manage a team of minimum 10 -15 agents on average
