Position: Customer Care Consultant
Employment type: 1-year contract (renewable based on performance)
Work location: Shah Alam, Selangor
- Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls from customer pertaining to the company products and services' enquiries and complaints.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of the product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, processes and technology content displays.
- Interlanal training will be provided.
- SPM/Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience customer service or relatewd industries.
- Fresh graduates without working experience and encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command in English and bahas Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent, positive attitude and highly motivated.
- MUST be able to work in rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
- Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
- MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam
- RM 1,800 - RM 2,000 (Basic Pay)
- RM 500 (Language Allowance)
- RM 500 (Shift & Transportation allowances)
- RM 100 (Phone Line Subsidy)
