- Responsible for all meat and poultry production.
- Responsible for handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, or tenderizing cuts of meat, but they are also often in charge of packaging, weighing, labelling, and pricing their goods.
- Ensure production is efficient and no waste occurs.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation controls.
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Arrange cuts of meat and place them in an attractive manner in the display case.
- Receive deliveries of meat and inspect them to ensure that they adhere to the highest quality standards
- Minimum SPM / relevant certificates will be an added advantage
- At least 3 year experience in related industry and knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work on a shift basis / weekend / public holidays
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
