Position: District Manager
Employment type: 9 months contract
Work location: Shah Alam, Selangor
To govern a specific group of dealers with similar elements located within an identified area.
Key scope includes understanding market trends and competition, channel expansion and development opportunities.
Identify areas for growth in line with the company's directions together with the Sales & Distribution team with the objective of increasing sales and revenue.
Monitor dealer’s performance to ensure dealers are on par with current product/ promo & programs.
To achieve sales targets for quality activation leading to revenue growth.
Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective area and review its effectiveness/ threat/ opportunities towards the company.
Ensure the right products are pushed to the right place, at the correct volume at the right time.
Constantly ensure the company’s presence is visible in Clusters.
Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years working in Telco industry/Sales background, preferably in FMCG industry are also encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions
Flexible, able to work during weekend or at odd hours.
Independent and work with minimum supervision
Sense of responsibility
Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
