Assistant Manager (salary up to RM 6,000)

Requirements :

• Age between 26 to 42.

• Prior Sales and Marketing , Event manager , Unit Trust Agent , Relationship Manager experience is preferred and will have an added advantage

• Individual who want BIG changes in LIFE , High self discipline and committed to work , ambitious , responsible ,coachable and have very big dreams.

• Candidate with experience of Facebook Advertising and social media marketing , Tik Tok , IG are preferred

• Results-driven Attitude with No time for stories and excuses

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal communication skills ,Self-confident and able to communicate well.

• Possess own transport and good in virtual meeting  

• Roles & Responsibilities :

• To provide solution and recommendation based on client financial goals.

• To provide process of anticipating and arranging, during a person's life, for the management and disposal of that person's estate during the person's life, in the event the person becomes incapacitated and after death.

• To provide each individuals and families Will and Trust (wealth distribution) Planning  to ensure their wishes come true

• To promote and assist clients on their financial planning and investment.

• To provide insurance & takaful , Will planning and services for clients to fulfil their financial needs, stability and security.

• Review on client financial portfolio.

• Achieving personal and team sales target.

• Will be trained in various roles on HR , Sales , Management and Training.   

• Performers will be groomed for Top Management posts.

• Building strong customer relationship.
