·      Salary: RM 1,800 Basic + RM 200 attendance bonus + up to RM300 KPI incentive

·      Working hour: 5 Days per week, 9 Hours per Shift (Rotational Off day, Shift Between 9am - 9pm)

·      MNC Working Environment

·      One month paid training 

 

Requirement:

·      SPM Holders are welcome to apply

·      Candidate with Call Centre/ Customer Service related qualification or working experiences are encouraged to apply

·      Good command of English is a must

·      Previous target driven sales experience would be considered as an advantage

·      Have no issue to be based at Cyberjaya

·      Possess own transport

·      Able to join immediately on 10th /17th August 2020

 

Responsibilities:

·      Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

·      Manage large amounts of incoming Calls and Chats

·      Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools

·      Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

·      Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

·      Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

·      Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
