  • o365 support
  • AD (Active Directory) system support
  • 1st line support skill set
  • Support >20 - 30 call cases per day
  • Network support (intermediate level)

Language Preference:  

  • Able to communicate in regional or local languages.
  • Speaking Cantones is a must

Education and  Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelors in relevant field
  • More than 5 years hand on experience
