· Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Administration or equivalent
· At least 1 – 2 years of working experience
Key responsibilities and accountability:
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
· Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting call as required.
· Handling inquiry at social media platform such as FB/IG/WhatsApp.
· Replying customer online via social media platform
· Assist with online and offline marketing campaign when needed
· Data entry
· Work closely with marketing team and give support from time to time
· Carry out duty as a front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
· Require a good knowledge of the products details & price.
· Regular follow up with customer to lead sales.
· Updating customer orders and data for delivery process.
· Work closely with marketing team to ensure every promotion / campaign will generate a good sale.
