Job Description:

  • Manage and handle customer enquiries
  • Manage to call 90-100 inbound and outbound calls per shift
  • Provide good service to customer

 

Requirements:

  • Have experience working in BPO industry and customer service line for min. 3 yrs
  • Have any working experience in Hotel, Airlines, Medical and Health industry will be an added advantage
  • Able to speak fluently in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage

 

Working hours :

12 hours rotational shift**Work 3 to 4 days weekly   **

Two rotational shifts

Morning shift:7.30am to 8.30pm

Night Shift:7.30pm to 8.30am

 

Benefits:

  • Shift allowance and night allowance will be provided
  • Comission will be provided based on KPI level
  • In class training provided
