Position: Call Centre Executive
Working Hour: Rotational shift hour
Working days: 5 and 1/2 dayBasic
Salary: Up to RM 2,800

- Answering phone from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching the required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
- other duties as assigned.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably in call center background or in the service industry
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills and multi-tasker
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies
- Preferably candidates who possess own transport.
