The Recruitment Specialist executes and implements human resources programs by providing human resources services of recruitment and screening, talent acquisition, staffing, and employment processing, and completes special projects by setting timetables and schedules;


Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Identify hiring needs and ensure understanding of the Job Description and qualification requirements;
2. Handles entire recruitment at initial stage; selection, scheduling, screening, preliminary interviews and reference checking procedure where appropriate;
3. Ensures compliance of employment requirements; pre-employment requirements, mandatory compliances, working permits (and clearances if employed previously)
4. Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company Policies
5. Review, update, maintain and proper filing of employee records (hiring stage), personal files, HR-related documentations, policies and procedures
6. Monitors Human Resources Information Data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;
7. Involve in addressing implementations; hr and admin concerning compliances, documentations, disciplinary management, policies and procedures (particularly on Expats)
8. General Coordinator or point of referral for Expats Recruitment, Transfers (Lateral and Inter-departments)
9. Cost Recruitment, lead time and response reporting
10. Process Clearance and Exit Procedure of resigning, dismissed and END of Contract employee
11. Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational structuring and realignment effected from time to time

Job Qualification :

1. Indonesian

2. With good English communication skills (oral and written)

3. Experience in Recruitment from end to end

4. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineer, Business Management or its equivalent;

5. Has the ability to direct control in the execution of operational standards;

6. With goo data management skills

7. Experience cost effective recruitment: screening and selection

8. Experience in Online gaming (sports/casino) is an advantage

9. Other Skills and attributes

- Good written and reporting skills

- Good interaction skills with people at a different level

- Excellent Excel and Word Office processor

- Highly trustworthy on confidential matter


Package Benefit:

For in Country WFH

1. Basic Salary- 15,000,000. – 20,000,000. 

(depending on experience and skills)

2.   Allowances - 2,000,000.00/Month
13th Month Pay 


Experience in online gaming is big advantage.
