Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering / Adminstrative
-Within 3 years working experience
-able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Good personnel skills and able to work independently
Resposibility
-Input all newly installed equipment in FMS and create schedule with proper job plan.
-Provide weekly PM activities to all maintenance team
-Provide KPI report
-Train new employees on FMS
-Support Tiers in using FMS
-Update all information needed in FMS
-Attend meetings for FMS update
-Check and review completed work orders
-Establish Work Order updates
-Update Tiers and contractors in every changes in FMS
-Maintain TIM Facilities share point
-Safe keeping of facilities audits.
