- Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they enter into office, direct them to the meeting room where necessary.

- Answer telephone calls and direct to the right person, transfer messages accurately.

- Respond to general emails/office correspondence/fax and forward to the appropriate person.

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails.

- Handling Courier service arrangements, restock consignment notes and flyers where necessary.

- Prepare School library card and staff ID card.

- Prepare Sales Order, SRF, F4 or Fixed Assets Form as requested by HQ staff and submit to Procurement Department.

- Assist in Office Facilities issues (eg: Photocopier, lift, Telephone, etc).

- Support any other administrative task when requested.

- Handling procurement documentation filing and record.

- Manage, support, and coordinate with computer teachers/coordinators/suppliers to ensure all the furniture fittings, electrical, air-cond, and others are well maintained (Once school reopens).
