• We are seeking an organized, independent, responsible and proactive administrative assistant who is able to work under pressure to join our organization. You will work directly with our Director to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
• To manage and coordinate all operational on related matters of Property Management including meeting Developers, prepare tenancy management and other related.
• Support office staff and executives with general operational and development related tasks.
• To perform general clerical duties.
• To handle and response inquiries via phone calls & emails.
• To maintain records in electronic & hard copy filing system.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Director.
• To liaise with property agents on selling, buying or rental properties.
• To assist & accomplish either online or offline marketing part.

Job Requirements –     
1. Preferably Malay / Chinese female.
2. Good interpersonal, fast learning, very discipline & able to work independently.
3. Working experience in Google Drive filing system will be an added advantage.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
