Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in an organization.

Perform all necessary accounts data entries, bank and other reconciliations

Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records

  • Assist in month end reporting procedures
  • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies

Education and Experience

  • SPM, STPM or Diploma or equivalent
  • 0 - 2 years experience in clerical accounting
  • Diploma business or accounting an advantage
  • MS Office and knowledge of accounting software an advantage
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures an advantage
  • solid computer literacy
