What is your responsibilities?

As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities are to make outbound calls and to sign up interested leads over the phone. Create lead and follow up lead with Sales Director.

● Make outbound call on the provided leads and encourage the given offer to customers
● Convince and enroll interested customers over the phone
● Accurately update the system on the call outcome
● Deliver good customer experience by focusing on customers wants and needs
● Go “extra mile” to meet sales quota
● Meeting the quality service standards

·         Approaching & developing relationships with potential new customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events.

·         Creating brand awareness by providing customers sufficient information about products by engaging with customer to discover their wants and needs.

● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma from of any field with minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh candidates encourage to Apply.
• Those with SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification with relevant years of work experience will be considered.
• Good spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and commission/target driven.
• Cool-tempered and good in rejection handling.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Self-competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Proven track record in a sales environment will be an added advantage.
• Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail.
