Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day BAU for customer service operations, which includes resolving queries from recipients/ users via multiple channels (e.g. chatapps, emails, platforms).
- Works independently and takes ownership of occurrences, including accurate and proper records management with tactful resolutions for queries that escalated from both internal and external parties.
- Ensure high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for supporting the Supervisor/ Manager on daily operational issues where applicable.
- Any other ad-hoc work instructions/ administration duties from the Supervisor/ Manager.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Detailed-oriented, Independent and meticulous.
- Able to work independently, and is a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of job ownership.
- Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple service requests with strict time limits on an ongoing basis.
