Morning shift:â€¯The earliest shift starts at 6am
Afternoon shift:â€¯The latest shift ends by 2 or 3 am
Night shift:â€¯The latest shift ends by 7am (ONLY forâ€¯male candidates)
Handle customers’ inquiries and requests pertaining to resolve issues and service complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow processes in accordance with call center standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Provide excellent customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied; follow up as and when necessary.
Note: No sales is required.
Completed SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Pre-U with minimum 5-6 years of working experienceâ€¯from the inbound contact center environment, OR.
Graduated in Diploma with minimum 2-3 yearsâ€¯of working experienceâ€¯from the inbound contact center environment, OR.
Graduated in Degree/ Masters with the most recent working experienceâ€¯being in an inbound contact center environment, OR.
Fresh Degree/ Masters Graduate (Graduated in end of 2020 or in 2021 ONLY).
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work in rotating shifts, weekends and/ or public holidays.
