RESPONSIBILITY:
Client Portfolio Growth – To build an active and growing client base.
To build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of major clients, providing exceptional after- sales service.
To identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
To conduct market research: communicate with clients to understand their needs, learn about their markets and consumers and identify new opportunities.
To present trends and products to our clients and prospects effectively.
To present compelling product proposals aligned with client requirements, and be able to negotiate deals with knowledge in product costing.
To serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to maintain strong communication and trust.
Sales Activities – To create winning proposals generating new sales.
To conduct regular and timely sales visits, offering tailored solutions to client requirements.
To regularly introduce new product innovations and new cosmetic trends for new deals.
To select and present the right products, packaging and price to clients.
To conduct accurate product costing to sell products at the right price to meet sales targets and client expectations.
To skillfully communicate our unique value proposition, and benefits of our products and services, closing deals based on established sales policies.
Competencies and capabilities – To be thoroughly knowledgeable, and skilled in understanding the cosmetic business, markets, trends, clients, consumers, products and sales.
To passionate about serving the beauty and cosmetic community contributing to their success.
To stay informed about cosmetic trends and products to add value to customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
Enjoy travelling overseas to meet customers and attend trade shows.
Commercial and business awareness with strong problem-solving skills.
Fast thinker, creative, friendly and a team player.
Possession of own transportation with a valid license.
