Sales Executive (Japanese speaker N2 above level)

• Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales on time.
• Provide accurate information to reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services. 
• Prepare/provide quotations to customers.
• Frequently checking customers’ forecasts and proceeding to prepare orders to suppliers as needed.
• Promptly, register/revise information on products and vendors to the internal system as needed.
• Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.
• Attend sales meeting.
• Performing other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

1. Nihongo JLPT N2 or higher certificate
2. Experienced in working in sales for more than 5 years (Much prefer experience in a trading company)
3. Experience in using MS. Word, Excel, PPT, etc
4. Should have a valid driver's license

Japanese Native: who has residence and work permits in the Philippines and can work long-term
Filipino (JLPT Level 2 or higher) or half-Japanese (with citizenship): Sales experience required in Japan or the Philippines

Monday to Friday 8:00～17:00

PROBATIONARY: 6 EACH SL/VL + OT

UPON REGULARIZATION
TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE: P1500 fixed to all employees except for employee arrangement, if applicable
MEAL ALLOWANCE: P1200 fixed to all employees except for employee arrangement, if applicable
UNIFORM ALLOWANCE (1YR): P4000 
12 EACH SL/VL: additional number per year after probationary
WINTER BONUS: the rate depends on the management assessment
MIDYEAR BONUS: the rate depends on the management assessment
OVERTIME & FIELD ALLOWANCE: 17:15～15min onwards
