Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Salary: 2500 to 3000 MYR
Employment Type: Contractual, 1 Year Fixed Term
Work Week: Mondays to Fridays, with flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts if needed
Shift Schedule: 7am to 11am

Responsibilities:

Communication with Internal & External Parties:

• Manage and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Team Lead Support:

• Assist and manage responsibilities during the Team Lead's absence.
• Monitor documentation reports to ensure they are in order without discrepancies.
• Handle inquiries with internal and external parties via email and phone.
• Share information with the team if any circulars are received from HQ.

Rate and Invoice Management:

• Maintain and update the daily Rate of Exchange list.
• Counter-check and ensure successful self-audit for all BL charges before generating invoices.
• Generate invoices for BLs in LMS, PaaS/AMS, GFS proforma, or once the vessel has sailed to the correct billing party accurately and timely.
• Generate supplementary invoices as needed.
