Urgent Hiring: Inside Sales Agent

Type of Work: Full-time / Part-time
Work Days: Monday - Friday, CST
Hourly rate: $7 - $8 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ISA will generate and nurture leads, set appointments, and support the sales team to achieve its goals. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the real estate sales team.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of motivation and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

• RAM: 8 GB or more
• Internet Speed: Minimum of 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
