Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat General customer support Inform customers about new features and functionalities B2B support for payment operations Other Duties as Assigned Shifting schedule | No Graveyard shift for now Experience in customer service or any Financial or Online gaming industry Bachelor's degree is NOT necessary Hospitable character No JLPT Certificate is needed but must be N2 or N1 Level and Japanese nationals are welcome Call center experience is an advantage Can work on-site BGC office for now and work in Pasay once the office is done English or Tagalog communication skill Can start immediately
