Credit and Collection Staff

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos. Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.

Collect payments on past due bills. Organize list according to severity of delinquency. Call customers using telephone to inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed. Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.

- must be graduate of any 4-year Business course
- preferably female
- experience in the said position is an advantage
- experience in SAP i also an advantage
- good communication skills
- with initiative
- with accounting graduate is an advantage
