Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the administration department.
  • Maintain an efficient office support system for the whole business operation.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, subcontractors and operation teams
  • Work with the accounting and management teams to monitor spending, process payroll and manage expenses.
  • Plan, schedule office events, including organizing meetings, interviews, staff orientations, and training sessions.
  • Manage internal and external communications including email and telephone calls.
  • Maintain employee records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Apply for government permits, work passes and renew licenses.
  • Handle employee relation issues.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with budget planning, book keeping, human resource support functions and work pass application procedure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Outlook).
  • Good communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
