Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on the Lexxus account.

• Prove effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.

• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.

Needed Qualifications:

• 4-year course graduates with 6 months of customer service experience. , they have at least 1 year of BPO experience.

• Above-average English communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills and good comprehension skills
