Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Sales Representative
  • Required to tag along with Sales Representative
  • General accounting and preparation of sales reports (no sales required)
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Finance/Marketing discipline preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • An eye for details, organised and meticulous
  • Ability to multi-task is necessary
  • Dedicated and eager to learn and improve
  • Responsible with good work ethics
