Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch service.
Handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Needed Qualifications:
College graduate or completed two years in college.
Six months of experience in BPO or financial service/lending (BPO/non-BPO, Bank, Lending firms).
One year of customer service experience (Not BPO).
