HR Assistant Manager

Job Description (Summary):

• Will manage and lead 5 HR professionals (1 Supervisor, 1 Sr. Staff, 2 Staff, and 1 Nurse)
• Lead and manage HR Operations and oversee various HR functions such as:

               - Recruitment and Selection

               - Compensation and Benefits

               - Training and Development

               - Labor and Employee Engagement

• Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Job Qualification:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experience as an HR Assistant Manager.
• Knowledgeable HR Systems and Databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.
• With proven leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Working Conditions:

• On-site (LISP Cabuyao, Laguna)

• Monday to Friday

• 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
