About the Role:

As a Recruitment Associates, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Your excellent communication skills and keen analytical abilities will contribute to building a high-performing and diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Minimum 3-6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Able to work on a flexible schedule
