Email Support Specialist - Non Voice

Job Responsibilities:
* Follow standard operations and procedures.
* Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
* Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Qualifications:
* College undergraduate with data entry experience
* College graduate of Financial Management, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing courses without BPO experience
* Not strict with comms: decent or good comms
* Non-voice Account
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
