  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Preparing and distributing income statements.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.


  • Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, withholding rates, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and calculations.
