Responsibilities

Designing and administering training programs.
Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
Provide guidance to managers and supervisors in developing training skills.
Prepare budget for training programs.
Conducting staff training.
Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.

Qualifications

Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Management, AB Psychology, or any four-year course
At least 5 solid experiences in HR Training Development as Supervisor/Officer position
Experienced in facilitating training programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
