  • Comminicating with Japan head office and suppliers regarding commercial transactions by phone and e-mail.
  • Visiting customers with Sales person (depending on the situation),
  • Other admin works(Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, develop and maintain a filing system, Order office supplies, book travel arrangements).


  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
  • Experienced in working as sales assistant more than 2 years.
  • Proficient in using MS. Word, Excel, PPT professionally.
  • With valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
