Project-based (12-months), work location is in Makati.

Duties and ResponsibiliƟes:
1. Prepare and issue RFP/ RFQ documents to obtain proposals & quotations in coordination with the project team for large-scale projects. 
2. Interface with the partners/ vendors/ subcontractors for the RFP/ RFQ process for timely submission of proposal/ quotation.
3. Make comparisons and analyze the SWOT of each partner/vendor/ subcontractor and report to the Project Manager. 
4. Prepare to draw supply contract and subcontract agreement and negotiate terms and conditions in coordination with the Project Manager and internal legal representative.
5. Coordinate with the procurement team for internal approval as well as Purchasing Order issuance. 
6. Plan and coordinate with the supplier about the delivery timeline as well as delivery methodology such as Incoterm, and shipping mode in alignment with the project schedule which will be advised by the Project Manager. 
7. Monitor the delivery from the vendor to be done within the agreed timeline and report to the Project Manager if any delay is observed. 
8. Coordinate with logistics companies for international transportation/ importation & customs clearance as well as domestic delivery to the project sites. 
9. Ensure the proper operation of the warehouse including in and out inventory.
10. Draw a delivery plan as well as the methodology for the goods and implement based on the plan.
11. Ensure all transactions and deliveries are recorded for tracking purposes.
12. Ensure that all incident/accident reports are recorded, monitored, and addressed. 

 

Qualifications & Other Requirements:
 Education: Graduate/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, and other related/equivalent courses 
 Experience(s): At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Procurement or logistic functions and procedures.
 Business Understanding: Understanding of Business Operations, logistics, and Procurement procedures. 
 Sourcing and Procurement Techniques 
 Business Contract Interpretation
 Negotiation and Networking
 Collecting and Data Analysis
 Microsoft Office Administration
