Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Head and align efforts to achieve over all business targets.
• Manage key accounts, clients & consultants for continual enquiry generation.
• May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stake holders.
• Monitor and review sales performance against the desired targets and accordingly revise strategy.
• Review customer’s feedback and act on comments.
• Plan, define and establish departmental objectives and KPIs and get them approved by Sales Head.
• Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Sales Head.
• Outstanding collections and follow up on pending payments.
• Provide customer support when needed
• Provide professional after-sales support
• Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Sales Head.
