Description:

Develops, evaluates, and assists in the direction of improving processes for all production activities, including evaluation, creation, and revision of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change.
Oversees the manufacturing standard operating procedures, process flow, and work instructions implementations.
Check and identify critical process flow and activities, and develop preventive measures.
Implement initiatives to achieve team targets relating to Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Analyzes manufacturing process and implements measures to utilize fully the resources, machines, and manpower.
Manage cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor costs.
Prepares budget allocation/requirements of the team.
Maximizes all resources concerning 4M; man, machine, material, and method.
Ensures achievement of production target output and delivery on time.
Monitor direct and indirect material inventory through SAP.
Manage corrective and preventive actions to verify compliance to ensure conformance.
Recommends hiring, promotion, transfer, and other necessary movements of personnel. Recommends penalties for any violation based on company rules and regulations.
Ensures employees are properly guided and in compliance with all company rules and standards.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate 
With at least five years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up specializing in production and engineering
With high skills in planning, leading,  organizing, and controlling a Team 
Excellent decision-making skills, strong leadership, and communication proficiency

Working Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (AS PER COMPANY CALENDAR, SELECTED SATURDAYS OFF) 8:00~17:00
