Product Consultant (Electrical Brand)

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail sales or as a product consultant is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits effectively to customers.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional periods.
• Physically fit, as the role may require standing for long hours.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote the brand’s electrical products to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell related products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively in the store.
• Keep records of daily sales and submit reports to the supervisor/manager.
• Work closely with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.
